WaterColor Tiger Art -
completed 10/6/16
Artist Victoria Yeldon
I finished this wild animal watercolor over a week ago, but today i finally got around to taking a professional picture of him and touching it up in GIMP. (GIMP: Free photo editing program i highly recommend if you cant afford the monthly Adobe rate.) I plan to update my Etsy shop with products of him soon.
Why a Tiger?
Tiger was requested by my family member throughout the summer, Thankfully her relentless facebook messages with reference photos paid off. This Tiger Watercolor is Number 15 of my Watercolor Animals challenge collection. Took almost 2 weeks to complete this wild animal watercolor, but I am extremely proud of the end result.
Thanks to the YMCA for watching my little ones, i was able to work on this tiger in peace, sitting in the lobby. I really am fond of this one, and feel i have grown in my fur texture painting.
Where am I in my goal to become an Abundant Artist?
Working on updating my website Art Collections Page to feature the products i have made from each of my different art pieces. Also plans to create new products for Etsy, and expand in what i will make from my current prints i have for sale.
